Free Tier

The free tier provides one analysis at no cost. No payment is taken and no refund applies.

Paid Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription (A$49/month)

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months.

    • Annual Subscription (A$299/year)

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period.
  • You retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for partial years.

    • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including the UK/EU right of withdrawal and the Australian Consumer Law), if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the Service beyond the free tier allocation (one analysis) during that period.

    Exceptions

    We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits outside of the above terms in exceptional circumstances. Each case will be considered individually.

    Payment Processing

    All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. All prices are displayed in AUD. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or fees if you are paying from a non-GBP account. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
