I'm a technical writer and process analyst, with studies in Sustainable Living at the University of Tasmania and Entrepreneurship and New Business with a sustainability focus with Envirotech. I specialise in translating complex systems into plain language that anyone can understand, with years of documenting enterprise systems for organisations including Woodside, Queensland Police Service, Healthdirect Australia, and Services Australia. In 2025 I was asked by someone who was struggling to get emissions data from their suppliers to help make it easier for them. That's when I discovered just how inaccessible the whole climate disclosure space really is for small businesses, especially one-person business owners like me.

So I built Sustainability Intelligence, a tool that takes the same six global climate datasets used by large corporations and consulting firms, and turns them into practical, plain-language risk and opportunity analysis for anyone, whether they're running a business, exploring an entrepreneurial idea, or researching a market, in any country, in minutes.
